Our advertising policy is designed to ensure that advertisements are handled in a transparent and ethical manner, without influencing our editorial content or decision-making process.


Types of Advertisements Accepted

We accept advertisements from reputable organizations and companies whose products or services align with the mission and scope of the journal. The following types of advertisements may be considered:

  • Academic Tools & Resources: Advertisements for research tools, software, and other academic resources relevant to the physical sciences and related fields.
  • Conferences and Symposia: Advertisements for conferences, seminars, and workshops related to scientific research and education.
  • Academic Publishers & Educational Institutions: Advertisements from publishers, academic institutions, and research organizations that support scientific advancement.
  • Scientific Equipment: Advertisements for laboratory equipment, instruments, and other tools used in scientific research.

Advertisements not directly related to the scientific community or that do not align with our journal's ethical standards will not be considered.


Decision-Making Process

Decisions regarding the acceptance of advertisements are made by the Publisher (FLAYOO Publishing House LTD) in consultation with the Editorial Board of Recent Advances in Natural Sciences. The editorial team ensures that all advertisements align with the journal’s mission and ethical standards and are not misleading or inappropriate.

  • Independent from Editorial Decisions: The acceptance or rejection of advertisements does not influence the editorial process or decision-making in any way. Editorial decisions are based solely on the quality and scientific merit of the submitted articles.
  • No Impact on Content: Advertisements will not affect the selection, review, or publication of articles in any way.

Advertisement Placement and Reader Behavior (Online Only)

Advertisements may be placed within the journal’s online platform; however, they are strictly separated from the published content. The placement of advertisements is as follows:

  • Sidebar Display: Advertisements will be displayed at right hand-side side-bar of the journal.
  • Not Linked to Editorial Content: Advertisements will not be linked to specific articles or content. They will be placed in designated ad spaces, clearly separate from the academic content.

Separation of Advertising and Editorial Content

We ensure that there is a clear distinction between editorial content and advertising. Advertisements will:

  • Not Influence Editorial Content: Advertisements are never linked to editorial decisions and do not influence the scientific content published in the journal.
  • Be Clearly Marked: All advertisements will be clearly marked as such, and they will not be integrated into the academic content.
  • No Advertorials: We do not accept advertorials or content that could be mistaken for editorial material.
